Delivery Acceptance Terms

Please review these Delivery Acceptance Terms before your scheduled delivery.

At the time of delivery, you will be asked to inspect your furniture and the delivery area before signing for your delivery.

What Your Signature Confirms

By signing in the delivery driver's app, you will confirm that:

☐ The delivery was completed.

☐ The furniture was placed in the requested location.

☐ Visible furniture surfaces were inspected.

☐ The furniture was received in good visible condition.

☐ The delivery area was left in good condition.

☐ Any visible damage, concerns, or exceptions identified at the time of delivery were noted with the delivery team before signing.

Additional Notes

If you notice any visible damage, concerns, or exceptions during delivery, please raise them with the delivery team before signing. Any notes recorded by the driver will form part of the delivery record.

Your Delivery Acceptance

By signing in the delivery driver's app, you acknowledge that you have inspected the furniture and delivery area and confirm that the statements above are accurate, subject to any notes recorded at the time of delivery.
